How much does it cost?

How long does it take to ship my wedding invitations?
We usually ship within 5 business days of printing completion.
How will my invitations be mailed?
In order to keep your costs lower, we aggressively seek the lowest cost shipping available. If you prefer a specific shipping method, please call customer service at 1-888-GRIN-101 so that we may help you.
What are the printing options?
We use an automated mailing system which uses a single print type regardless of the invitation. Although we typically use our automated mailing systems to reduce costs for our customers, we do offer additional options. If you would like matching printing, hand calligraphy, or custom stamps on your envelopes, please call customer service at 1-888-GRIN-101
What about response cards?
If you order response cards with your order, we will include a stamped and addressed envelope so that your guests may easily RSVP. If you would like to use a specific stamp, please make a note on the comments of your checkout and/or call customer service at 1-888-GRIN-101. You will need to ship your stamps to us immediately so that we will have them when we are ready to ship your invitations.
What happens if my invitations aren't delivered?
If you believe there is a mistake on your guest list, please contact us immediately to ensure all your guests receive invitations on time. Occasionally, invitations will get lost in the mail, but this is no more likely than if you mail them yourself. Assuming your guest list is accurate, shipping problems are usually very rare. Grinvite will mail remaining invitations to you, so if you become aware of any guests who do not receive their invitations, you can mail them directly.
Is international shipping available?
Unfortunately, we are not equipped to send your wedding invitations to international destinations at this time. Please make sure your guest list does not contain any international addresses, as they will be ignored by our system. If you are planning to invite guests from abroad, you are still welcome have Grinvite ship all your US wedding invitations. We will ship remaining invitations to you so that you may have an invitation delivered to these guests.
